The sky earth breath

Both palms on the lower disk,
- let them down onto your feet while exhaling,
- inhale with your palms resting on the upper part of your feet,
- rub (or stroke) your luminous fibers with your palms
On your legs while going up till you are in the starting position (on your lower disk),
- then breathe in for a count of five,
- hold the breath for a count of five,
- and exhale for a count of nine, sending your fibers from your lower disk to everything around you
